My career in early learning started in 2015. I joined the team at First Grammar Wyoming in 2024. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and I am currently studying for the Bachelor of Early Education. I have completed Circle of Security training and have extensive knowledge of the Primary Caregiving Approach. I worked with groups of all ages before I stepped into a management role in 2022.

During my career in the early childhood industry, I have learnt that each child is an individual. We need to celebrate children's unique personalities and individuality to assist them in their learning and growth. I believe it is vital to create respectful relationships with the families in our care, to use clear and open communication, and to be empathetic and understanding in order to ensure the best care and learning outcomes for children.
