Centre Manager - First Grammar Hammondville

"I am passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a high-quality service to our community."

I began my early childhood education and care career in 2006 and started working at First Grammar Hammondville in 2017.

I began my career as a trainee and worked my way through my Certificate III and Diploma of Children's Services to reach my goal of becoming a centre manager.

One of the pleasures that I am able to experience every day as a centre manager is forming relationships with my families. Through this, we work in partnership to ensure that each child can reach their full potential. One of the great aspects of my job is being able to watch a child grow and blossom into their own unique person.

I am passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a high-quality service to our community. I feel my role as a centre manager is to provide an environment that is enriching and stimulating for the children. My teaching philosophy is guided by the child's interest and family input based programs that assist each child to build and develop at their own individual rate with guidance and support from the educators.

Learning within a dedicated early childhood education and care service allows children to be exposed and to build confidence in many different developmental areas such as social, emotional, physical, and cognitive and many more areas.

Our centre offers a warm, welcoming and safe atmosphere for our families and children. And I absolutely love being the centre manager at First Grammar Hammondville, with wonderful families and a team of passionate educators that I have the pleasure of working alongside each day.
