"Children should have endless opportunities to have their voices heard and to be visible."

Diversity and inclusion are what excite me the most and meeting new families and children opens up the avenue to learn from them and explore their perspectives about the world.

I have been in early childhood profession for 6 years. I have completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and currently studying my bachelors in the same discipline. I love working with children, there is never a dull moment and it’s wonderful to know each child’s strengths and little personalities. I love to see them grow and learn. I value the importance of providing a home like, secure environment which is consistent, nurturing and provides children with a comfortable atmosphere to learn.

I am a passionate advocate for children’s rights and recognition in their local community and the broader society. I believe that children should have endless opportunities to have their voices heard and to be visible. I enjoy mindfulness and holistic approaches to learning and development for both children and educators.

The journey of learning and discovery and the reciprocal relationship between myself, children, families and my team are my inspiration. I feel that having a strong relationship with each child and family is important as it allows them to be confident and comfortable with me and my team, trusting us in their home away from home.
