First Grammar Baulkham Hills
First Grammar Baulkham Hills is a purpose built childcare centre, designed to be a centre of excellent care, education and also a warm and friendly second home for children.
As soon as you enter through the doors of our Baulkham Hills child care centre, you’ll be immersed in a world where children are encouraged to explore and learn. Our adventure-filled playgrounds feature sandpits, natural gardens, cubby house, slides, vegetable gardens, and play equipment to engage all the senses.
Children are provided the time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence. Being outside supports children’s overall health and wellbeing.
Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists, and designers.
There’s no need for you to worry about preparing lunch or snacks – our Baulkham Hills child care centre has this all organised for you. Nutritious meals are made daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements and we provide hallal meals. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
There are new experiences to engage in every day at our Baulkham Hills child care centre. Your child will have access to engaging specialised programs, including a sport and music and movement program. These fun and engaging programs enhance the daily program.
We welcome special guests and community members to the centre based on the children's interests. This includes schools, dentists, emergency services, STEPs vision eye screening and many more.
Our centre also celebrates regular cultural events reflecting the diversity in our local community. Some of these include, Australia Day, Chinese New Year, Diwali, St Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.
Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.
As members of our First Grammar community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
We would love to make you a part of our family.
