Centre Manager Profile

Suliana Brahne

My name is Suliana Brahne and I have been the center director for First Grammar Bankstown since 2012. I started working with children as a casual and this is when I realized I have the passion for children. I then studied my Certificate 111 through Tafe Bankstown and continued on to my Diploma in Children and Services. I have four years of experience in this field. I have worked as an Assistant, Team Leader, Assistant Director and now as a Centre Director for this wonderful center.

Here at First Grammar Bankstown we provide a warm, nurturing and safe environment that caters to each individual child and families need. We believe that parents are the child’s first educators and encourage parental participation and input at all times, whilst respecting individual lifestyles, values and beliefs, and their rights and opinions.

We want to provide qualified, caring and enthusiastic educators who will nurture each child’s learning, thinking and development. We endeavors to create a “family-like” atmosphere and recognize the importance of creating a link between home and the Centre, where both parents and educators work in partnership to develop the child as a whole in a mutually supportive and caring environment. Children and parents are welcomed into the Centre regardless of culture, religious and family beliefs and our educators are sensitive to and respectful of these practices

As a Centre Director here at First Grammar Banks town, I look forward to seeing each child reach their fullest potential in learning as they discover new goals and achievements for themselves.I love being able to be a part of the children’s lives and watching them develop into confident little beings.
